Meads Order fulfilment and distribution services will ensure your stock is safely stored, products are accurately picked, appropriately packed and promptly despatched. Meads fulfilment provides all that you need to ensure your business is running smoothly, so you can concentrate on other business priorities.
Being a flexible company means we have an incredibly flexible fulfilment facility that processes and fulfils orders for all manner of products. With our wide range of clients we currently receive orders for and pick and pack for over 6,000 individual items. These range from paper documents, brochures and posters, to cd’s, mugs, pens, leaflets, cosmetic samples and t-shirts. We even fulfil orders for washing lines.
We offer a Multi-channel ordering facility that can receive orders via phone, fax, email, post or online, direct from the public or from nominated people within an organisation. If you prefer though, we can also process orders taken through your own order processing facility.
Our picking and packing facility covers 25,000 sq ft on our site, and all of the picking locations are linked to our online stock management system. Using stock analysis techniques, we have developed our picking system to minimise the time taken to pick an order allowing us to offer Same Day order fulfilment... in fact 85 % of all our orders are despatched the same day.
Your customer is the next person to see your product after it leaves us, and they will form an instant impression about the company by how their order arrives - a broken box or torn envelope will not do. To combat this we offer an extensive range of packaging solutions and can even design bespoke packaging to carry your items. We can have outers personalised with your company branding to add to the brand awareness when the customer receives their order.
Every stage of the ordering, picking and packaging process is completely visible through our online stock management system. To keep customers updated with the progress of their order we despatch a series of Customer Service Emails beginning with 'Email Order Confirmations', 'Stock availablity updates' and 'Order despatched confirmations'. All completely automated and all free of charge.
