Mailing Services
At Meads we specialise in small to medium sized mailings from 50 to 500,000. We offer both mechanised enclosing for high volume mailings and hand enclosing for smaller scale or complex mailings.
We can handle any sized product be it your standard DL, A5 and A4 sized products with single or multiple insertions or oversized posters or bespoke die cut products. All of our staff are highly proficient in the new Royal Mail Pricing In Proportion costings, so we can offer you the best advice to keep your mailing costs to a minimum.
Before we carry out your mailing we will discuss with you your depatch options and try to acheive the maximum postage discounts be it Mailsort, Walksort or Presstream.
Machine Enclosing
Our machines make light work of mailings. With insertion speeds of up to 6000 envelopes an hour, our 6 machines can handle even the tightest deadlines.
We have machines that can handle up to 6 inserts at a time and we can also carry out all your folding requirements so that your letters can be sent out in the ideal sized envelope.
For magazines and brochures, we also have full poly bagging facilities.

Hand Collation
To complement our machines, we also offer hand enclosing facilities for when that thick brochure needs sending or the odd shaped item that needs to be posted.
Utilising our hand collation also allows us to handle even the most complex of mailings where numerous items are personalised and require matching.
