Meads e-commerce fulfilment support services allow your e-fulfilment orders to be simply integrated into Meads order processing network, MeadsConnect.
Your fulfilment orders can be either recieved by Meads via phone, fax, email or post. Meads can then simply fulfil your online orders under one fulfilment house!
Our Call Centre services will enable you and your clients to access product order lines, information lines, dealer support networks and general customer service activities.
All of our staff have exceptional customer service skills and deal with members of the public everyday. They will answer the phone with the clients name so the caller will be unaware that they are talking to a member of our team. At the end of each call our staff are instructed to thank the customer for their call.
Orders received by fax, email or post are manually keyed directly in the MeadsConnect system. Email orders can be automatically transferred into the system without any human interaction.
However, we appreciate that not all clients want us to handle the order receiving activity and our growth into the e-commerce backup sector has meant that Meads have had to integrate with clients websites and order processing software.
We are quite happy to receive orders from your own operation and are open to any methods of file transfer. We can setup a VPN, FTP or SQL link between our server and the clients operations. Or we can receive an email with a file attachment at intervals throughout the day with any format of attachment including
In all of these circumstances, there is no further human interaction required to get the orders into the MeadsConnect system. All files automatically transfer into the order system and a picking note is produced for the required stock. This also automatically adjusts the stock levels on the system and updates the live stock figures on MeadsConnect.
We are able to host a shopping cart facility for the client in order to take orders online from the public which again is fully integrated with the MeadsConnect system.
