We believe that our work on your order is not completed until we have a POD for it’s delivery. But all fulfilment companies offer this service don’t they? Not like Meads they don’t.

The conventional method of supplying POD’s or tracking information to clients is to give a client a long list of parcel numbers and a web address or telephone number and let you do the work.

Well not at Meads. Instead of giving you or your customer a tracking number and letting you do the work, MeadsConnect interacts with major carriers software to draw the required information into our system. So all you need to do is to login to MeadsConnect find the correct order and then just click the POD button next to the order.

This will bring up your tracking and POD information right there on screen, no transferring to external websites or asking you to input numbers, just a quick and accurate answer.

And this works for all of our carrier contracts, and most of the other major carriers as well, including the Royal Mail for Recorded and Speical Deliveries, so the system is not only future proof, if you want to continue using your own courier contract, we can interact with them as well.

So regardless if your orders leave Meads via a number of different carriers depending on it’s size, weight or delivery speed, you will always be able to get a POD at the click of a mouse. No finding out which carrier it went with, going to their website, inputting the parcel number and waiting for the information, just click the link.
